The French law n°2005-102 article 472 provides for the accessibility of online public communication services to disabled people. The accessibility of a website not only improves access for the disabled and senior citizens, but also for all users, by improving the visibility of the site and the ergonomic layout of the information. Public decision-makers now take this regulation into account when drawing up their invitations to tender for the design or redesign of their websites.

IPEOS takes accessibility issues into account from the earliest stages of the web projects it is entrusted with. Over and above the civic aspect of accessibility for all, reinforced by numerous legal provisions at national, European and international level, taking this criterion into account is crucial in the Caribbean zone, where available bandwidths are modest and connections mostly low-speed.
